Your wellbeing is personal. Our Visbody scans offer body composition estimates and a visual report to help you explore your starting point and ask more informed questions.
Begin with curiosity
Perhaps you’re getting back into training, building a new routine or simply interested in understanding your body a little better. Our Visbody appointment gives you space to explore that curiosity.
You don’t need to arrive with a target to reach. Think about what you’d like to understand, and bring your questions with you. The report is a starting point for a conversation, not a judgement on how you’re doing.
What we look at
Our Visbody service brings together body composition estimates with 3D body shape and posture information. The visual report gives you another way to look at your body beyond a single number on a scale.
We can explain the report features available with our scanner and help you find your way around the results. If there’s a particular measurement you’re looking for, get in touch before booking so we can confirm what’s included.
Make time for the whole visit
Allow 20 minutes for your appointment with us. The scan itself is only one part of the visit; leave room for preparation and getting familiar with your report, too.
Wear fitted activewear or swimwear and read the preparation details in your confirmation. If you’ve had a scan before, bring your earlier report and let us know you’d like to compare it.

Put your results in context
Body composition figures are estimates, and measurement conditions matter. When looking at changes, consider how and when each scan was taken, as well as whether the same device and method were used.
We encourage you to take your time with the report. Ask what the labels mean, what the scanner can tell you and where its limits are. A small change between visits deserves context before you make it the focus of your routine.
One part of a bigger picture
A scan can give you information to reflect on, but it doesn’t capture everything about your wellbeing. How you feel, what matters to you and the wider context of your life belong in the conversation too.
Our scan is not a diagnostic assessment. If you have a medical concern or need clinical interpretation of a result, speak with a suitably qualified healthcare professional. We’re happy to explain how your report is shared and answer questions about the appointment.
