We offer 40- and 60-minute bookings at our Birkenhead studio, so you can choose the appointment length that works for your day. Your booking time includes getting comfortable and finishing your visit; you don’t need to spend every minute in the sauna.
On your first visit, we’ll introduce you to the room and explain the equipment before you start. You can ask us questions, take a break and move at your own pace. Towels and shower facilities are here, which makes it easier to plan a session around the rest of your day.
If you’d like warmth and cold in the same appointment, explore our contrast therapy sessions. Those rooms include an infrared sauna and cold plunge together. If you’re planning to visit with someone else, give us a call and we’ll help you choose the right booking for your group.
