Get comfortable with your scan
Your Visbody appointment is a chance to explore a body composition and posture report with us. Allow 20 minutes for the visit. We’ll introduce you to the process and guide you through the scan, so you don’t need to arrive knowing how the equipment works.
The report includes estimates and measurements that need to be understood in context. A single scan is one set of information about your body at that time. It isn’t a diagnosis or a reason to judge yourself against someone else. Our scan guide explains more about the report and its limitations before you book.
If you plan to return for another scan, ask us about preparing consistently for each visit. Comparing results is more useful when the measurement conditions are similar. We’ll help with practical preparation questions and explain what to expect when you arrive.

Yes. Hydration, timing and measurement conditions can affect body composition estimates. A small change does not necessarily represent a change in fat or muscle.
